Q. How safe are your inflatables?

A. Safety is our top priority. All of our bouncy castles and inflatable equipment are built in line with current UK safety guidelines and undergo regular inspections. Our team performs a safety check and dynamic risk assessment at every setup, and all electrical gear is PAT tested for safety assurance.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes, we hold full Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million, including coverage for events at licenced venues. If you'd like to see a copy of our insurance certificate, just let us know.

Q. Which areas do you cover?

A. We provide party equipment and inflatable hire across Wales and beyond. Some of our regular delivery spots include:

Q. Can you deliver to any venue?

A. We're happy to deliver to most venues, as long as there’s enough space. For indoor venues, ceiling height and clear floor space are essential. If you're unsure, just send us a few photos and measurements — we're happy to help check if the equipment will fit.

Q. Can you work around my venue hire times?

A. Yes, we do our best to match your schedule. Occasionally we may request flexibility based on delivery routes, but we’ll always confirm and agree timings with you before finalising your booking.

Q. How much does it cost to hire a bouncy castle?

A. All prices are available on our website. Extra charges may apply for late collections if your not ready for collection — but don’t worry, we’ll explain everything clearly before confirming your booking.

Q. Do you have inflatables suitable for different age groups or themes?

A. We offer a variety of inflatables perfect for boys, girls, unisex parties, Whether it's a princess party or superhero theme, we’ve got something to suit every child’s special day.

Q. What if I need to cancel?

A. We understand that plans can change. Our booking policy includes a non-refundable 20% deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may incur full payment. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for details.
